Membership or Renewal

Anyone affected or not, or any organism aware of Sjogren’s syndrome, can join the Association. The more members of the Association, the stronger will be his voice to recognize Sjögren’s syndrome, the limitations it causes and its impact on the quality of life. To be a member of the Sjögren Syndrome Association is to live with Sjogren’s Syndrome, it is to support the cause to make it known and recognized by the people. We solicit your participation to help us accomplish our mission. We serve all of Quebec.

By making a donation to Sjögren Québec, you are helping people with Sjögren's syndrome and their loved ones, while supporting our cause. Your financial support of Sjögren Québec enables us to fund awareness and education activities, as well as support services for people affected by Sjögren's syndrome.

The Sjögren Syndrome Association is recognized as a registered charity in Canada under the Income Tax Act and issues a receipt for any donation. Charity registration number: 89059 3734 RR0001.

Donation in memoriam

When a loved one disappears, you can honor his or her memory with a donation to the Sjögren Syndrome Association. To support the mission of our organization, simply complete the attached form, attach your payment and send it to us the Association.
